Family owned, established, and growing Multifamily Real Estate Firm Seeking qualified candidates for Property Accountant position. 

The property accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other related financial activities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Provide timely, accurate, and concise reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

· Month End Close

· Monthly Draws

· Help generate and review annual operating budgets.

Oversee and maintain internal process to insure timely and accurate processing of transitions.

· Prepare and Review all lender escrow draws.

· Review Invoices

· Oversee accounting function/reporting for portfolio assets and overhead company.

· Deposit Accounting

Monthly Reporting and Reports to Accounting Manager.
