Established, global, professional services company seeking candidates for SR Financial Analyst role. 

This position is accountable for supporting ERP implementation, recommending business process improvements and implementing change across the various business financial systems‎.‎ This position will analyze existing systems for improvement, recommend new system processes, and keep detailed reports of all structural and process changes. Must follow best practices and align with company goals while creating better procedures and solutions to increase performance and revenue. This position is under the supervision of the Operations Controller and is expected to also‎ identify areas for improvement in back office functional process and systems, while ‎taking initiative to implement process change to support the company’s growth.

Education & Experience:

• ‎Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
• MBA highly preferred
• Experience in financial systems
• 5+ years of previous experience as business financial systems analyst
• Advanced MS Excel and Technical Skills‎
• Experience in financial process flows, scenarios, and model building
• Demonstrated project management and problem solving ability to find creative solutions
• Proven ability to prioritize projects and initiate follow through with attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; tact, patience, diplomacy, confidentiality and integrity
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Experience in professional services or legal industry highly preferred
• Comfortable working in matrix management structure including setting expectations and ‎prioritizing deliverables.‎
