A fantastic provider of telecom, internet and related services is expanding up a new INSIDE SALES team in this area! This team will be working with EXISTING ACCOUNTS, understanding their needs and matching them up with the solutions this company provides. This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a LARGE company who has been in business for more than 70 years, provides training and support for their employees! So what do you need to have? 1-5+ years’ experience in some type of solution based technology sales. A team oriented, relationship driven attitude with lots of drive to succeed. The ability to WFH (which they are doing right now), and from the Office (which they will be doing once normalcy returns). The office is centrally located near DFW airport.
While this is an Inside role, it is not your typical “pound the phone” role. The calls are made over video, so you have the opportunity to be client-facing. And this is important because developing that relationship is what this role takes, and being able to converse while seeing them aids that process. You will be tasked with increasing the footprint for the Company within your customer base. Target revenues will be assigned, and you will need to find where they can use the various products the Company sells to improve their own outcomes. The management is very supportive and wants to develop their folks to promotable levels. One of the Supervisors has already achieved that promotion, so knows both sides of the role. The VP, Sales is a great individual and the positive environment comes downhill from him. The positions – there are more than one – are the result of Growth. They will pay a base salary up to $72000 with an on target of $112000, depending on experience.
